The 6th Congress of the Portuguese Anthropological Association continues the debate about the worlds we inhabit, create and differentiate.
Ethnographic-‐based art practices are opening up alternative possibilities for doing fieldwork, by involving different senses and deploying assorted strategies and media. Two panels (TO69a/b) welcome interdisciplinary approaches and hybrid interventions: from academic papers to installations, and audio-‐visual and/or social interventions in the public space, and the space of the academy. ‘People, planet, research’ is presented by Catherine Willems on Friday June 3th.
